How IDFS AI collects, uses, and protects information when you visit idfs.ai.

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

Introduction

IDFS AI LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit idfs.ai (this "Website") and use our products and services, including DraftDash, Ethel, MOG, and Thea. Product-specific privacy details are also available within each product's client portal.

Information We Collect

Contact Form Submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Message content
  • Your current website address and project details, if you give them
  • How you reached us: the page you sent the form from, and any campaign or ad click tags described under "Advertising click identifiers" below

Submissions are saved in our website's database so an inquiry is not lost if email delivery fails, and are sent to us through SendGrid (our email service provider). We use them to respond to your inquiry.

Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referring website

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use the site. It uses the cookies listed in our Cookie Policy.

We also run our own first-party visit analytics. It records which pages are viewed, how far down a page people scroll, where on a page they click or tap, how long a page stays in view, and which form fields are selected. It never records what you type into a form. It sets no cookies: it keeps a random visit ID in your browser's session storage. The data stays on our own servers and is not sold or shared. Instead of your IP address we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of it, made with a key that changes every day, to block abuse. Our own staff's visits are left out of reports.

Both stop if you choose "Reject non-essential" on the cookie banner. Our own analytics also does not run when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Advertising click identifiers

If you arrive from one of our ads, the page address can include a click ID from Google (gclid) or Microsoft (msclkid) and campaign tags. We keep these in your browser's storage for up to 90 days and include them with any form you send, so we can tell which ads lead to inquiries. If you send us a form after clicking one of our ads, we may tell that ad platform a conversion happened by sending back the click ID. We do not place advertising cookies or ad-platform scripts on this site.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries: Contact form submissions are used only to reply to your questions or requests.
  • Improve our website: Technical information helps us understand how visitors use the site and identify issues.
  • Legal compliance: We may retain information as required by law.
