What is a Forged Site?
Custom websites for small businesses, built by IDFS AI LLC in Charlotte, NC.
A Forged Site is a custom website on our own stack. It is not WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or another CMS, and it does not carry a WordPress plugin stack. A human designer builds it. MOG, the AI Site Director, keeps the operating context. An account manager reviews material changes during work hours before they go live. You can email, call 980-322-4500, or use the portal at client.idfs.ai.
No CMS, no plugin stack
Public pages are static-first. A visit does not ask a CMS to query a database, and there is no plugin marketplace to maintain.
People plus MOG
A designer is on every build. You can reach designers and code-fluent people. MOG holds site context, past decisions, monitoring, backups, and deploys.
Scoped changes
Small clear updates often land the same business day. Larger work gets an agreed schedule. We name the change-order count before heavy work starts.

The agent team on a Forged Site
MOG, Vigil, Catori, and DraftDash are on every plan. Ethel starts at Basic. Thea is coming soon and is not sold here.
MOG, AI Site Director
Operations guardian
MOG keeps site context and past decisions. The work covers monitoring, backups, deploys, and plain-language requests. Our team stays accountable for what goes live.

DraftDash, the AI blog
Researched posts on a schedule
From 1 post a month on Lite to a daily post on Ultimate. Facts and citations are checked. You approve by email or in the portal unless auto-publish is turned on. The video introduces Quinn.

Ethel, voice contact
Basic plans and up
Visitors talk instead of typing. Ethel directs the audio to the right team, writes down the words, and completes the contact fields. After send, staff receive a drafted email in that team's voice. It is a draft only. Lite does not include Ethel.

Catori, search review
Monthly SEO, AEO, and GEO
Catori reviews search each month and uses Search Console and Analytics when they are connected. You get recommendations. There is no ranking guarantee.
Explore Catori
Vigil, accessibility review
Monthly WCAG and ADA scans
Vigil scans each month with WCAG and the ADA in view. People review what a scanner cannot settle. Fixes of our own issues do not spend change orders.

Thea, knowledge assistant
Not on these plans
Thea is a knowledge assistant. She is coming soon, and no Forged Sites plan includes her.
Why Charlotte businesses pick Forged Sites
AI-powered websites with a static-first build, a human reviewer, and room to change the message without a page builder.
Static-first speed
No CMS database hit on each visit. No plugin marketplace. Cloudflare CDN, HTTP/3, Brotli, optimized images, and Core Web Vitals tuned at deploy. Chat widgets, maps, and large videos from other vendors still affect speed.
A reviewer on the change
An account manager reviews every material change before it goes live, during work hours. A human designer is on every build. You can talk to designers and to people who write the code.
Pivots in hours
Messaging, keywords, and rebrands happen by request. No theme vendor and no page builder sit in the middle. Small clear updates often finish the same business day. Larger jobs get a schedule both sides accept.
DraftDash on a schedule
The AI blog researches posts for the cadence your plan pays for. You approve them, unless you turn auto-publish on. Volume is an allowance. It is not a promise of rankings or leads.
Search, reviewed monthly
Catori looks at SEO, AEO, and GEO each month. Connected Search Console and Analytics data can feed that review. Recommendations only. No ranking promise.
MOG on every plan
The AI Site Director keeps context and earlier decisions, then helps with monitoring, backups, deploys, and requests in ordinary language. Accountability stays with our team.
Speed you can check yourself
These are desktop PageSpeed and accessibility scores from live Forged Sites. Run PageSpeed on them yourself. Third-party embeds can still slow a page, so your result depends on what the page loads.
Open Google PageSpeed and test any of the sites above.
An internal sample of 54 completed changes had a median turnaround of five minutes. That number is historical. It is not a guarantee, and it is not an audit. Small clear updates often land the same business day. Larger work follows an agreed schedule.

Page counts are the starting build, not a cap for the life of the site. Extra pages are $10 each, one time, or they can be scoped as a change order. Read how change orders work.
Picking a plan is a preference, not a purchase. Monthly billing starts only when the site is live, and the monthly price is locked for the full term. A rebuild of a site you already run is included. Starting with no site at all is still a custom build and may cost more. We quote that amount before work begins.
Cloudflare and similar vendors included in the plan remain on their ordinary tier for a typical small or midsize company. If a paid upgrade is needed, we discuss it before the cost is incurred. A cart, inventory, and checkout are not in these plans. Thea is coming soon and is not included. Need a store or a CMS you edit yourself? See traditional web design.
How a change order is sized
One request, agreed before anyone starts.
One coordinated request
A change order is one complete request. We agree on scope before work starts. Typical size: 3 or 4 new pages, or 6 to 8 blog or portfolio posts, or a small new function. A seasonal promo, a new section, and related copy updates can ship as one package. A members area with a small backend usually begins near 3 or 4 orders and grows as features are added. We say how many orders a job needs before starting. We never bill heavy work after the fact.
What stays free
Questions are free. So are clarifying replies on the same request, corrections of our own mistakes, typos, broken links, and issues we caused. If a task is truly research or a development spike, it can count as an order, and only once you have agreed. If you think in token counts, picture a usual order near 500,000 tokens, with a human review on top of the model work. We do not cut a job off at 750,000 tokens. When a job clearly needs two passes, we say up front that it uses two orders. Tokens show size. They are not the billing unit, and counts vary by model.
Monthly, yearly, and packs
Monthly orders renew each service period and do not roll over. Every account, including existing ones, gets 5 extra orders per service year. They renew on the service anniversary. Packs: 3 for $129, 5 for $199, 10 for $329. Each pack is valid 12 months from purchase. Order of use: monthly first, then the annual 5, then a pack.
A MOG chat work session you open directly can use a change order. The portal says so before a chargeable session opens. More detail is on the change orders page.
What every plan includes
The build, the hosting, the monthly reviews, and one portal login per site.
Custom build
A new site or a rebuild is part of the plan. Rebuilding the site you have now is included. If you are starting with no site, the build is still custom and may cost more. That quote comes before work starts. A human designer is on the build.
Hosting, CDN, and SSL
Hosting, Cloudflare CDN, and SSL are included. The edge setup uses HTTP/3 and Brotli, with images optimized for the page. The ordinary vendor tier covers a typical small or midsize company. A paid upgrade is discussed before you owe it.
Backups and MOG site care
MOG handles site care on every plan: context, past decisions, monitoring, backups, and deploys. Plain-language requests are welcome. The team remains accountable.
Monthly Vigil review
Vigil runs a monthly accessibility review oriented to WCAG and the ADA. People look at findings a scanner cannot settle. Fixes for issues we caused do not use your orders.
Monthly Catori review
Catori reviews SEO, AEO, and GEO each month. Search Console and Analytics are used when connected. You receive recommendations, never a ranking guarantee.
DraftDash allowance
Every plan includes the DraftDash AI blog, from 1 post a month through a daily post. You approve posts by email or in the portal unless auto-publish is on.
The client portal at client.idfs.ai
One account per site. It is the record of the work, and the place blog posts get approved.
- •Audit trail of requests, edits, and who dispatched them.
- •Blog editor: review, edit, and approve DraftDash posts, or write your own. A job photo and a couple of sentences make a post stronger. Keyword and location priorities can shift.
- •Portfolio updates go through the account manager. Blog and portfolio items are structured so they stay accessible.
- •Core pages (home, services, about, contact, and similar) change only by change order. The account manager reviews them during work hours. An unreviewed edit easily breaks heading order, contrast, form labels, or keyboard access.
- •Email requests are queued automatically. During work hours the account manager usually picks them up within about ten minutes.
- •A MOG chat work session you open directly can use a change order. The portal says so before a chargeable session opens.
If you need to edit every page yourself, a conventional CMS such as WordPress is the better buy, and we still build those.
Monthly Catori search review
SEO, AEO, and GEO, once a month, on every Forged Sites plan. Recommendations, not a ranking guarantee.
What the review can use
- •Search Console, when connected: impressions, clicks, average position, indexing issues, and crawl errors.
- •Analytics, when connected: traffic, behavior, and conversion paths.
- •SEO for ordinary search, plus AEO and GEO for answer engines and generative results.
What you receive
- ✓Recommendations you can act on.
- ✓Notes on keyword movement and openings worth a look.
- ✓A technical snapshot of speed, errors, and mobile usability.
- ✓The same monthly review on Lite through Ultimate. Plan level does not add a separate competitor product.
Catori does not promise a ranking, an AI recommendation, or a lead count. More on Catori.
Directory listings through BrightLocal
Name, address, phone, and more, sent once to the aggregators your plan names.
BrightLocal submits those details to data aggregators. The aggregators pass them to many directories, maps, and AI assistants. This is old-school local SEO. Current research says a directory presence helps AI assistants recommend a business. If that finding changes, the work changes with it.
Who is included
- Lite: not included
- Basic: Data Axle, Foursquare
- Standard: Data Axle, Foursquare, Neustar Localeze, Yellow Pages
- Professional: all major aggregators
- Ultimate: all aggregators, plus 50 extra directories
One submission
Citation coverage on a plan is a single submission. Running that submit again, including a retry that corrects the original pass, is billed as a fresh purchase unless we caused the error. We tell you the price before that charge.
Accessibility, without a legal promise
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as fully as we can. Alt text, contrast, headings, keyboard access, and screen readers are part of the build, not an overlay pasted on at the end. Vigil checks the site each month with WCAG and the ADA in view, and a person reviews whatever a scanner cannot decide. Fixes of our own issues do not use change orders.
When a design you want conflicts with a criterion, we describe the conflict and suggest other ways to get the look. Should you still want the original choice, we write down the exception.
We do not promise complete compliance, and these plans do not grant legal immunity. Edits you make later, and widgets from other companies, can move the result.
Forged Shield is not for sale
Forged Shield is a possible law-firm partnership for a separate, higher-priced accessibility protection product. The figure under discussion is a proposed $50,000 guarantee. It is not available now. It is not included in any plan on this page. The terms are not final. It is not an indemnity and it is not a defense fund.
Getting started, including a rebuild
The first look is free. Billing waits until the site is live.
The free first draft
The first draft is free and needs no contract. It is ready by the close of the second business day after the request. Most drafts are ready the next business day. If it does not convince you, you walk and you owe nothing.
Send the current URL if you have one, two or three sites whose look you like, and access to your photos. Font, color, and brand notes help, and we can choose if you would rather not. Call 980-322-4500 or use the buttons below. Choosing a plan on the form is a preference, not a purchase.
No website yet
A brand-new business with no website still gets a draft on that same turnaround. The draft is rougher: structure suited to the field, with no content about you yet. After it arrives, we set a free 30 minute virtual meeting before any contract. Starting from nothing is still a custom build and may cost more. We quote that before work begins.
Moving an existing site
Rebuilding an existing site is included in the plan. We work from the live URL, the reference sites you send, and your brand materials. Redirects from the old URLs are mapped, and Search Console cleanup is part of that move, along with broken-link repair we find in the handover. Before launch, either side can decide not to proceed. No buyout applies, because nothing is billed before the site is live.
Term, license, and what you keep
The signed agreement controls. We hand it over for review before you sign. There is no public PDF on this site yet.
Before launch
Either side can decide not to proceed. No buyout. The monthly fee has not started. If the draft is not the right fit, you leave and owe nothing.
During the term
The term exists because design and marketing are paid monthly instead of up front. The build, AI tokens, and that cost sit inside the monthly price, which stays locked for the term. During the term the hosted site and the marketing are ours, licensed to you. Your photos, copy, logos, and trademarks remain your property. Our permission to use them covers the build and the images the site needs. AI tools are allowed on that work where they are needed. Leaving early after launch has a buyout that shrinks as the term runs. The formula and worked examples are in the service agreement.
After the term or the buyout
You retain the site plus the data gathered on it as a portable export: the page templates, the HTML that was generated, design files, media, a snapshot of the database, and notes on how to deploy. No export fee. The running AI systems, SaaS tools, and frameworks do not come with it. Service then goes month to month at the plan fee. Cancel with 30 days of notice. No buyout applies on that month-to-month service. A prepay discount stops when the term ends, and the price goes back to the standard fee. Moving the site elsewhere is not a cancellation notice. A project-priced build without the subscription is available, and AI services are not bundled with it.
Meetings
Meetings are usually within one or two business days. An emergency meeting can be same day. No charge if the problem is ours. $85 an hour if it is on your side. You can reach designers and code-fluent people. An account manager still reviews material changes during work hours.
When you need more than a Forged Site
Forged Sites cover a professional presence: service pages, portfolios, the DraftDash blog, testimonials, and contact. They do not include e-commerce. A cart, inventory, and checkout are scoped separately.
If you need to edit every page yourself, WordPress or another conventional CMS is the better buy, and we still build those. A conventional project-priced build without this subscription is also available. AI services are not bundled with that build. Heavy plugin stacks, stores, and advanced CRM work belong on that path, including WordPress builds through our partnership with Idea Forge Studios LLC.
